LH Beauty Booking Agreement.

By Booking with LH Beauty you agree to adhere to the following Booking & Cancellation Agreement

I agree to comply with LH Beauty's cancellation charge policy.

• 72 hrs required to cancel Cosmetic Tattoo appointments & 24hrs required to cancel all other appointments.

• No shows will be charged at 100% of missed appointment value.

• Cancellations within the 72/24hr period will be charged at 50% of appointment value.

Deposits & Online booking fees are non-refundable but will be deducted from the overall treatment balance.
